Segundo a ANPG, a reuni\u00e3o centrou-se em quest\u00f5es operacionais e comerciais sobre a unitiza\u00e7\u00e3o e o desenvolvimento do Campo Lianzi, um activo petrol\u00edfero transfronteiri\u00e7o de interesse comum para Angola e para a Rep\u00fablica do Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uma nova operadora no lado congol\u00eas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A visita surge depois de uma mudan\u00e7a importante na estrutura accionista do activo. A Trident Energy adquiriu o interesse participativo da Chevron e passou a ser a operadora do Bloco Lianzi no mercado da Rep\u00fablica do Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Como o campo atravessa a fronteira mar\u00edtima entre os dois pa\u00edses, o seu desenvolvimento exige coordena\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, operacional e comercial entre as partes. Por isso, a entrada de um novo operador obriga a alinhar posi\u00e7\u00f5es com a Concession\u00e1ria Nacional angolana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apetite pelo upstream regional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A Trident Energy mostrou interesse em crescer na regi\u00e3o e em fazer novas aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es no segmento upstream.
